How it started, Was something to resemble the styles and touches of the 20's. Mixed with the pin up of the 50's, only taken in modern times and clothing, while promoting body positivity and normalizing normal bodies.

NOW with my new home studio, its become something more of a French Parisian Bohemia. Celebrating your natural self, while maintaining my founding principals, of promoting positivity.

What is boudoir?

Boudoir to me is a SENSUAL intimate experience, one that is meant to be glamorous, classy, and yes, sexy, to help lift or reinforce ones self image, while gaining or exploring your femininity. So damaging your career or reputation is not only counterproductive to my process. But also very much damaging to my career and reputation as well.

Should there be any partial nude shots taken. I generally would not display them, if by chance I did they would be censored, but again generally I would not display those without given explicit consent to do so. Most shots I take, even if partially nude, I strive to make sure that you are still covered in some type of way. While the shots I take may not be safe for work, I believe they should still be safe to show friends and family, without any type of shame, ridicule, or embarrassment.

About Your Photographer

Hi! I'm Colby, a full time art student, Photographer, Father, and army Veteran, living Delaware. My background has always been in the digital arts, from branding. Logo development, Video editing and production.
If I'm to be completely transparent, Photography was something that never crossed my mind. Until I had to take it for a class one semester. I started to see the impact it had, and tried to figure out a way it could make the biggest impact.
Given everyone in my family is bigger, all with some type of issues with confidence and personal self image.
I had a friend who allowed me to use her for a portrait assignment, and just fell in love with it. So for me to be able to use my skills and help promote body positivity, and help people see themselves in a way they may not have before, is what has and is motivating me. A positive self image, I believe starts from with in, But some times you have to see it in order to believe it.
